Yet another wet dayโ€ฆ I was looking out of the window & saw a reasonably large Black Slug, that’s when I got the idea for todays video (below) ๐Ÿ˜‰

Day 18 – 30 Days Wild

At the end of May I became an Ambassador for The Rivers Trust, so I decided to go sit next to a stretch of the River Rea, on the edge of Gannow Wood.

Day 17 – 30 Days Wild

Went for a walk around my local Wood and Green-belt today, when I was out a storm rolled in ๐ŸŒง๏ธ

Rather than head home, I decided to stay out a bit, to listen to the rain & thunder whilst outside โ›ˆ๏ธ

Day 16 – 30 Days Wild

This afternoon I was observing the clouds, watching them drift by, so I got footage of them โ›…๏ธ But as I was editing, a Thunderstorm hit, so I focused my attention on that and recorded a chunk of the storm, to capture the amazing rolling thunder โ›ˆ

Day 14 – 30 Days Wild

This morning I unsure what to do, thankfully a friend reminded me that I’m passionate about Green-belt & suggested I make a video (below) regarding its benefits.

Penned Wildlife

For a while I have been meaning to do some drawing or painting, as I haven’t since High School (about 15 years ago).

So yesterday (29/05/2020) I decided I would draw one of my favourite birds of prey, which I completed today (30/05/2020)…

Wind-back Wednesday, to June 2016

I think ‘Wind-back Wednesday’ should be more of a trend on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and of course, WordPress.ย  It’ll be for those that cannot wait until Thursday (for Throwback Thursday)ย  #WindbackWednesday orย  #WBWย  ๐Ÿ˜‰

Anyway…ย  I realised I hadn’t updated my blog in a while and I didn’t share my completed videos of my reporting at BBC Gardener’s World back in June, all of which I have included in this post.

Owen Morgan (Gold/ Best Show Garden) from The Conservation Volunteers (TCV) and Adam Frost from BBC Gardener’s World:

My planting advice and Julie Haylock (Gold / Best Border Garden):

Bee Experience – Clive Joyce from British Bee Keeping Association (BBKA):ย

My interview with Lucy Hall, Editor of BBC Gardener’s World Magazine:
